Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and passionate 3D Rendering Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves creating high-quality renderings of 3D models and environments to produce visually compelling and realistic images. You will work closely with our design and animation teams to ensure that the final renders meet the artistic and technical standards of our projects.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• 3D Rendering: Produce high-quality, photorealistic renderings of 3D models and environments.
• Lighting: Set up and adjust lighting to achieve the desired visual effects and mood for each rendering.
• Texturing: Apply and optimize textures and materials to enhance the realism and quality of the renders.
• Post-Processing: Utilize post-processing techniques to refine and enhance rendered images.
• Collaboration: Work closely with 3D modelers, animators, and other team members to ensure cohesive and high-quality outputs.
• Quality Assurance: Review and refine renders to ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Research and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest rendering techniques, software, and industry trends to continuously improve our workflows and outputs.

Key Requirements:

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D rendering. Showcase your ability to create photorealistic and compelling images.
• Proficiency in Rendering Software: Expertise in industry-standard rendering software such as 3D Studio Max, Blender, Unreal Engine 5, or equivalent, with a deep understanding of rendering techniques and workflows.
• Lighting and Texturing Skills: Solid understanding of lighting setups and texturing to achieve realistic renders.
• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail and the ability to match the artistic vision and style of a project.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to rendering and post-processing.
• Collaboration and Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with artists, designers, and other team members.
• Creativity and Innovation: A passion for pushing the boundaries of 3D rendering, and a desire to explore new techniques and tools.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).
